Refunds & Exchanges
As all photography sessions and products are custom-created, we do not offer refunds once a booking or order has been confirmed.
Wedding deposits are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied to a different photography service.
However, for other session types, your booking or credit may be transferred to another photography service with Jo Grams Photography if reasonable notice is given and subject to availability.
We understand that plans can change, and we’re always happy to work with you to find a suitable alternative or reschedule where possible.
